was founded by Ronald Griffith Williams, an IT Professional with 29 years of combined experience in the areas of IT Management, System Administration, Technical/Desktop Support, Systems Analysis, Adjunct Professorship and IT Instruction (classroom in-person and online via Blackboard). This includes Fortune 500 Corporations, Small-to-Medium Size Businesses (SMB), University, College, High School, Elementary Institutions and home environments.

Ron has held positions as an IT/MIS Manager and Supervisor, Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst, Level 1/2/3 Technical Support Specialist, PC Support Coordinator, Help Desk Specialist, IT Consultant, Business Owner, Adjunct Professor, and CompTIA Instructor.

Ron's credentials include an M.S. degree in Internet Technology/Cyber Security from Pace University, a B.S. degree in Professional Computer Studies from Pace University, and an A.A.S. degree in Data Processing/Computer Science from Columbia-Greene Community College. Additionally, Ron holds CompTIA Certified Security+, Network+and A+ professional IT certifications. Ron is presently working towards Exin’s ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management.

Ron presently holds multiple positions: Technical Specialist for Pace University’s Information Technology Services (ITS), Adjunct Professor for Pace University's Seidenbrerg School of Computer Science and Information Systems / iPace / NACTEL program, and Business Owner / IT Consultant for Griffith Computing.

Ron has been happily married for 16 years to his loving and supportive wife, Divine, a Mental Health Counselor / Psychologist in training, and presently resides in Yorktown Heights, NY.
